This album is more than just a collection of tracks – it is a journey through my body and my soul. Over the past two years, I have processed all my experiences, my highs and lows, through this music. It was a time full of challenges, during which I had to deal with existential fears, depression, and anxiety disorders. The past few months have been one of the hardest phases of my life.

I had to learn what it feels like when body and mind become disconnected, when one is depersonalized and feels foreign in their own body. These experiences have deeply shaped me and taught me what it truly means to fight – with oneself, with fears, and doubts.

In 2024, I almost lost my biological father, and the following year, the fear from the previous year became reality, only this time it was my stepfather who was no longer with us. He was an important part of my musical journey from the beginning. He supported me, bought me the first equipment I used for my first gigs. His support and belief in me gave me the courage to keep going.
I will never forget him.

This album, especially the title track "Body & Soul," is dedicated to my deepest gratitude and remembrance. It is a tribute to him, to all the moments we shared, and to the strength that can arise from pain and loss.
I played him the track just two weeks before his passing. It was a bittersweet moment, because we both knew what was to come.

May this music also be a journey for you – through the depths that shape us, and the heights that carry us. Rest in peace, my dear friend. Thank you for everything. The body carries you, but the soul lives on.
