Delivery

When Will Your Order Leave Our Warehouse?
We print every item to order and aim to have it packed and dispatched within ten business days of being ordered. Please allow 4-14 working days for European and up to 30 working days for International orders to be delivered.

Non-Delivery
If orders have not been received within 20 days of expected arrival, please e-mail us with a question at support@technogermany.com to get in touch.

In the rare cases that a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, but you haven't received it yet, we unfortunately cannot refund or replace the order. Again, this only applies if the tracking details state that a delivery was made to your address. We will cover a variety of courier errors such as lost or damaged in transit, postage due errors or generally misrouted packages when tracking provides no clear details or cause.

Reshipment

Under certain circumstances such as courier errors, lost or damaged in transit, postage due errors or generally misrouted packages where the tracking provides no clear details or cause we will reship your items without additional costs.

If your tracking states one or multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts and your shipment hasn't been picked up at your local post office it will be sent back to our warehouse. We will then only be able to reship your package at your own expenses.

Custom Fees

International Shipments from the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. As a customer you will be responsible paying for these fees to appropriate customs agency. Unfortunately we are not able to pay or refund these fees.

Express Shipping

Express Shipping is available now. Please note that we cannot offer express shippings for every destination country we deliver to. You can check your possible shipment types at the checkout and select what you prefer. The prices for express shippings may vary by your Destination Country.
